Finding a therapist has never been easier.

We like to keep it simple: We are experts in “stuckness” because we are human, just like you. We take it one step further by using evidence-based care and an extensive array of knowledge about humans to help you get “unstuck” and start feeling like you again.

Meet Our Therapists

  • Ellen Benezra

    Ellen Benezra - MACP, LMHCA

    Co-Founder, Couples Therapist, Sex Therapist

I offer therapy that’s honest, grounded, and actually helps you create lasting change. No band-aids for your symptoms. Only the kind of work that actually helps you heal. I help individuals and couples break toxic cycles, repair trust, and feel more connected—emotionally, mentally, and sexually. My approach is warm, honest, and rooted in what actually works. We’ll face the hard stuff together—and when it helps, we’ll laugh too. Healing doesn’t have to be heavy every second.

  • Annie Riley - LMHC

    Co-Founder, Couples Therapist, Individual Therapist

I believe that positive change happens when we feel safe, seen, and valued for who we truly are. My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in Attachment Theory, neuroscience, and Psychodynamic Theory. I see each of my clients as unique individuals and do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. I am always seeking to understand the “whole person” and how culture, family, relationships, values, and experiences shape who we are and how we show up in the world.

  • Simone Bullinger

    Simone Bullinger - MACP, LMHCA

    Individual Therapist, Youth Therapist

I am committed to providing connection, empathy, and realness. There is no rule dictating that therapeutic spaces must feel clinical. I am passionate about normalizing help-seeking and healing. As such, we will work collaboratively to identify how your cognitions and social systems impact your feelings and behaviors while moving toward the cultivation of each of these systems into a fluid ecosystem that leads to whole-person healing.
